Sadly, Australia is not a major manufacturer of fountain pens, but it does punch above it’s weight with ink production. Van Dieman’s Ink is made in Launceston, Tasmania. They focus on Australian themed inks and colour tones. The pigments are over 90% Australian sourced and the solvent is pure Tasmanian mountain spring water. Their inks are sexy. Vibrant and flowing. they pop from the page. They have recently produced an ink line exclusively for Pencraft in Adelaide.
