Hiratuka in the Kanagwa Prefecture to be precise. It has also just returned from another visit to Japan, a cracked barrel needed replacing. The vacuumatic filling system can hold over 3ml of ink for your journey. The piston knob on the base can regulate ink flow to accommodate any writing material you may encounter. or can be closed fully to seal the ink chamber for safe pressurised air travel.
