When a movie is shot in Adelaide the beach scene is often Aldinga. It is hard to tire of the ever changing colours of the Myponga Hills. Aldinga beach also combines three of my favourite things. Light aircraft, snakes and sharks. Indeed, of 82 recorded shark attacks off the South Australian coast, 2 occurred at Aldinga, including the legendary Rodney Fox attack. His injuries have entered local surgical folklore. To me a walk along this shore is one of the best healing activities. My dog Scout agrees. #dontgointhewater #letsmakelemonade
