“Kill the snake of doubt in your soul…”
Kate Seredy
The 29th January is the Chinese Lunar New Year. The date is decided by the Chinese Lunar Calendar, based on the cycles of the Moon and Sun. Upfront, this seems much more scientific than just choosing a date and going with it no matter what. Lunar calendar dates sit 21-51 days behind the Gregorian calendar, meaning the Chinese New Year falls somewhere between 21st January and 28th February. 2025 is year of the snake, specifically a Wood Snake. The snake is associated with wisdom, charm, intuition and intelligence. The snake is a zodiac sign I struggle to get behind being a timid little rabbit myself, but to each their own. #happyNYEforthe29th #letsmakelemonade
