If history repeats itself, I am so getting a dinosaur…”
We have discussed in prior blogs what dinosaurs might have looked like -anyone for feathers? Movies like Jurassic Park feature powerful, angry, aggressive creatures. Why do our images of dinosaurs show such ripped animals? The issue is that all we know of dinosaurs comes from their fossilised skeletons. Our images just show these fossils with skin draped over them, missing are body fat, proper muscle shapes and soft tissues such as lips and paws. Likewise, surely not all dinosaurs are one of the fifty shades of grey? To illustrate these biases and misceptions, Paleoartists Conway and Koseman have drawn modern animals with the same rules as Hollwood. The results are startling. #baboonzebracowswancathuman #letsmakelemonade
