Last weekend saw me back at the Manly Beachfront. I was attending my first face to face medical meeting in several years. My white cells and a certain virus are behaved enough to achieve this. I have picked up a couple of Endocrine surgery facts that I will share with you all. Jean Guillame Lugol was a French Physician. In 1819 he described an iodine solution for the control of thyrotoxicosis. Interestingly, he never actually gave it to a patient.
