A superior person’s word

“Eyebrows speak louder than words…”

So this time not a pen, not art history, no fun sugical facts, not even a bird, but rather a word. A contronym is a single word that has two contradictory meanings. Here are a few everyday examples. Bound -leading to a destination, or restricted from movement. Dust – to add fine particles, or to remove them. Fast – quick movement, or made stuck and stable. Left -remaining or departed. Peer -a person of nobility or an equal. Sanction – to approve or to boycott. Weather – to withtsand or wear away. Have fun thinking up more. #trivianightready #letsmakelemonade
